Jessica Edwards, a 32-year-old REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage,

was one of the featured speakers at the recent Generation Blue Experience, an annual conference of Coldwell

Banker® agents from across the country and around the world. This was the fourth consecutive year that Edwards

was invited to speak at Generation Blue, which took place October 6-8 in Hollywood, CA.

The conference featured learning opportunities with world-class industry speakers on dozens of topics.

Edwards participated as a speaker on two panels: Assembling a Dynamic Team and Establishing an Irresistible

Online Persona. Joining Edwards on the Team panel was Danny Hertzberg of The Jills team of Miami, the #1

Coldwell Banker realty team in the world and #1 realty team overall in the nation, as ranked by Wall Street Journal.

On the Online panel was Christophe Choo, president of the Christophe Choo Real Estate Group in Beverly Hills. In

addition to leading one of the top producing teams in the nation, Choo is a popular TV personality on HGTV’s

Selling LA and a frequent speaker at events around the country.

“Serving on these panels with such industry stars as Hertzberg and Choo is both an incredible honor and

an excellent learning opportunity,” said Edwards. “I am passionate about my job as a REALTOR® and I welcome

any opportunity to share my experience with others. As a panelist, I have learned just as much as I’ve shared at

each of these Generation Blue conferences, as I have the opportunity to get to know and share experiences with

some of the top producers in the world. By attending each year, I learn new ways of doing business that I can then

apply to my own team here in Wilmington.”

In addition to Edwards, Generation Blue attendees from Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage included

Tim Milam, president; Brian Moxey, Vice President, Director of Business Development; Denise Kinney, Vice

President, Director of Sales; Kathy Alexander, Director of Marketing; Carolyn Byrnes, REALTOR® and Buyer’s

Specialist with Jessica Edwards’ Carolina’s Finest team; Karen Schwartz, REALTOR® and team leader of the

Karen Schwartz team and Tracy Schwartz, assistant on the Karen Schwartz team.

Since 2011, Edwards has served as an ambassador for the corporate office as the Coldwell Banker Real

Estate Consumer Specialist. In this position, she has spoken at seminars and conferences throughout the US about

her maverick marketing strategies that utilize video blogs, social media and other technologies. In addition,

Edwards is often interviewed by national media outlets such as CNBC, USA Today, Fox Business and the Wall

Street Journal on real estate trends and marketing.

“Jessica is an extraordinary agent and a very creative marketer,” said Tim Milam, president of Coldwell

Banker Sea Coast Advantage. “She and her Carolina’s Finest team closed $23 million in sales in 2013 and we

credit her success to her professionalism, dedication and marketing strategies. We are very proud that Jessica is

consistently asked to present at the Generation Blue conferences and thrilled to have her as part of the Sea Coast

Advantage team.”
