Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage was a sponsor of the Pretty in Pink Foundation’s Pink Fashion Walk Gala 2014.

The foundation's mission is to provide financial assistance to uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients with quality, life-saving medical treatment regardless of their ability to pay.  All of the proceeds from the gala will be used to eliminate financial barriers and to provide financial resources to any breast cancer patient with true financial needs for treatment and surgery. The gala featured a fashion show with over 40 breast cancer survivors as models including Angie Royal, wife of our Leland Office Managing Broker, Chris Royal.

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Teams Top North Carolina

Out of 95 sales associate teams in North Carolina, nine sales teams with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage ranked in the Top 10 teams in North Carolina for the Coldwell Banker® franchise system for the second quarter of 2012.

Team Gale ranked No. 4 in Adjusted Gross Commission Income, No. 2 in Selling Units, No. 2 in Listing Units, and No. 2 in Total Units. Team Gale is comprised of Jack Gale, Tom Gale, Allen LaCoe, Jody Roney, Kathy Werle, and Jeff Broadbridge of Wilmington, N.C.; Dana Little of Hampstead, N.C.; and Cheryl Kuntz-Lowery and Rene Hunter of Southport, N.C.

The Stephanie Gasparovic & Associates team ranked No. 6 in Adjusted Gross Commission Income, No. 8 in Selling Units, No. 5 in Listing Units, and No. 5 in Total Units. Nolan Formalarie of Southport, N.C. ranked No. 3 in Selling Units. Lynda Haraway of Oak Island, N.C. ranked No. 4 in Adjusted Gross Commission Income. The company’s Wilmington, N.C. office ranked as the No. 1 Coldwell Banker affiliate office in North Carolina and the South in Adjusted Gross Commission Income, Total Units, Listing Units, and Selling Units. Out of 1,944 Coldwell Banker affiliate offices in North America, the Wilmington office ranked No. 3 in North America in Adjusted Gross Commission and No. 4 in Total Units.

The Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage office in Jacksonville, N.C. ranked No. 8 in Total Units and No. 9 in Listing Units out of 118 similarly-sized Coldwell Banker affiliate offices in the Southern region.

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Names Justin Ash to Lead Topsail Office

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty is pleased to announce that Justin Ash has been named Managing Broker of its Topsail Island office in Surf City, N.C. office and Sales Manager of its Sneads Ferry, N.C. and Hampstead, N.C. offices.

Ash has been a successful real estate sales associate with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage since 2005. He has been a top producer for many years and won many accolades and awards during his time at Sea Coast Advantage. He was named New Homes Sales Agent of the Year in 2007 and 2008 and was runner-up for New Homes Sales Agent of the Year in 2009 and 2010.

Prior to assuming the role of Managing Broker, Justin Ash was instrumental in the start-up of several new home communities, including Courtney Pines, Mill Creek, and The Willows. Most recently, Ash has been in charge of the sales and marketing of the Bellingham Park and Topsail Landing condominium communities. In addition, he has also worked as a property manager for BlueRidge Companies and Bellingham Park.

In his role as Managing Broker and Sales Manager, Ash will focus on furnishing sales associates with a professional, friendly work environment where they can be more productive and achieve their highest sales potential.

Justin Ash and his wife, Johanna, have lived in Wilmington for more than 10 years. They have two children, Autumn and Adam.

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Makes Rankings Jump Among Nation’s Top Real Estate Companies

Rankings in the recently-released 2012 REAL Trends 500 report make it very evident that the merger of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty and Coldwell Banker Advantage earlier this year has created a regional real estate powerhouse and reflect a continued upturn in to real estate market.

The REAL Trends 500 report is released annually by REAL Trends, Inc., the residential real estate industry’s leading source of analysis and information. The REAL Trends 500 report ranks the country’s top residential real estate companies by closed transactions and by sales volume.

In 2011, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage closed 6,757 sales, a 4.8% increase over Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty and Coldwell Banker Advantage’s sales figures from 2010. This year, the company ranked No. 55 in the list of “The 500 Largest Brokers in the U.S.” ranked by closed transactions. Last year, Sea Coast Realty ranked No. 120 and Advantage ranked No. 129.

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage closed $1,267,352,456 in sales volume in 2011, propelling the company to No. 83 in the list of “The 500 Largest Brokers in the U.S.” ranked by sales volume. Last year, Sea Coast Realty ranked No. 140 and Advantage ranked No. 145.

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage ranked #5 out of more than 1,000 Coldwell Banker affiliated companies in the United States. Last year, Sea Coast Realty ranked No. 16 and Advantage ranked No. 17.

Coldwell Banker was ranked as the country’s #1 real estate franchise this year, closing more than $117 billion in sales and more than twice as many sales transactions as the next leading real estate franchise.

Locally, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage performed similarly well. In 2011, it closed more than 2.5 times as many sales as the next leading company. Sea Coast Realty has claimed the title as southeastern North Carolina’s top selling real estate company for 12 years in a row.
